1. はじめに
「かれーころっけ」、および「ぽぽちカンパニー」（以下、当方）は、「へびのばし」（以下「本アプリ」）を開発・運用しています。本アプリのご使用によって、本規約に同意していただいたものとみなします。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況や設定をお客様の端末内にのみ保存します。外部に送信することはありません。
3. 広告配信のために取得される情報
本アプリは Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob を利用して広告を配信しており、広告配信のために以下の情報が取得されます。これらは Google のサーバー（日本国外を含む）で処理され、お客様の興味に応じた広告の表示に利用される場合があります。
・広告識別子（Android: 広告ID / iOS: IDFA）
・IPアドレス、端末情報（機種・OS・言語など）、IPアドレスから推定される大まかな地域

4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリは、全画面広告を非表示にするためのアプリ内課金を提供します。なお、ヒント機能でご利用いただく動画広告は、購入後も引き続き表示されます。
決済は Google Play または App Store が処理するものであり、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入状況は、お客様の端末内およびストアのアカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
5. 免責事項
利用上の不具合・不都合に対して可能な限りサポートを行っておりますが、お客さまが本アプリを利用して生じた損害に関して、当方は責任を負わないものとします。

お支払い時期
購入手続き完了時に、各ストアを通じて課金されます。
商品の引渡時期
購入手続き完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。
返品・キャンセルについて
デジタルコンテンツという商品の性質上、購入手続き完了後の返品・キャンセルはお受けできません。返金については、App Store および Google Play 各ストアの規定に従います。

1. Introduction
This policy explains how information is handled in "Hebinobashi" (the "App"), developed and operated by "Curry Croquette" and "Popochi Company" ("we").
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores your game progress and settings only on your device. This data is never transmitted externally.
3. Information Collected for Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to serve advertisements. The following information is collected for this purpose, processed on Google's servers (which may be located outside your country), and may be used to show advertisements tailored to your interests:
・Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA)
・IP address, device information (model, OS, language) and approximate location inferred from the IP address

4. In-App Purchases
The App offers an in-app purchase to remove full-screen advertisements. Note that the video advertisements used for the hint feature continue to be shown after purchase.
Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we do not collect or store your payment information, such as credit card numbers. Purchase status is managed on your device and through your store account.
4. Disclaimer
While we provide support for defects and problems arising from use of the App to the extent possible, we accept no liability for any damages incurred by users as a result of using the App.
